摘要 介绍了以MapInfo为GIS平台,VC为开发前台,集GIS、CAD、实时监控、MIS为一体的电厂综合管理系统。各子系统利用OLE技术嵌入MapInfo,系统中与GIS无关和无法利用MapInfo实现的GIS功能由前台VC直接实现,与GIS有关且能由MapInfo实现的则通过控制后的MapInfo实现。系统运行稳定、性能优良,具有良好的经济和社会效益。 This paper introduces a comprehensive management system of power station integrated with the GIS, CAD, real time inspection and control and MIS, using VC as the development language and MapInfo as the system platform. All subsystems are imbedded in Maplnfo by OLE. The VC program realizes the function models which are irrelevant to GIS and which can not be realized by Map Basic, while those that are relevant to GIS and those that can be realized by Map Basic are realized by Maplnfo. The system runs steadily and excellent, and can obtain better economic and social benefits.
