以甲醛和乙醛为原料、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠混合碱溶液为催化剂合成了季戊四醇.缩合反应温度为(25-30)℃,n(甲醛):n(乙醛)=8:1,催化剂用量n(碳酸氢钠):n(乙醛)=1.8:1,反应时间1 h;Can-nizzaro反应温度65℃,时间(1.5-2)h.产品收率(以乙醛用量计)达83.8%,纯度可达到98%.
Pentaerthyritol was prepared from formaldehyde and acetaldehyde with mixed solution of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 as catalyst. The optimum conditions of condensation reaction were temperature (25 -30) ℃ ,reaction time 1h, mole ratio of formaldehyde to acetaldehyde 8, and mole ratio of sodium hydro-gencarbonate to acetaldehyde 1. 8. The optimun conditions of Cannizzaro reaction were temperature 65℃ , reaction time (1. 5-2) h. The yield was 83. 8%(based on acetaldehyde) with product purity of 98%.
