摘要
论述网络环境下著作权在数字图书馆合理使用的必要性和迫切性。指出现行的合理使用制度不适应图书馆在数字化环境中的生存与发展。分析和探讨合理使用对数字图书馆建设产生的影响。
Discusses the necessity and urgency of adjusting the fair use of copyright at libraries under networked environment and analyzes the influence brought by the fair use to the construction of digital librar-ies.
