摘要
大型医疗设备的购置是一项综合技术、财务、经济和管理的工程,鉴于设备更新快、成本高的特性,除考虑现金和信贷购买外,通过融资租赁的方式取得尤为必要。为此,有必要从大型医疗设备的使用要求,医疗设备融资租赁的优越性及在现实中的障碍和融资租赁的最佳模式等方面展开论述。
The purchases of bulk medical facilities are integrated projects including technique, finance, economy and management.In view of the characteristics of quick facility renewal and high cost, it is necessary to get facilities by financing tenancy except cash and credit.The test is trying to discuss aspects on the usage request of bulk medical facilities, the advantage of financing tenancy, the obstacle in the reality and the optimal mode of financing tenancy.
