符合全面质量管理思想的绩效分布法 被引量:2

摘要 越来越多的企业开展绩效评估和全面质量管理活动。但是,传统绩效评估方法并不符合全面质量管理思想的要求。本文首先分析传统绩效评估方法与全面质量管理思想矛盾之处,然后介绍一种符合全面质量管理思想的绩效评估方法——绩效分布法。
