摘要
介绍了利用PLC +IPC实现原油自动计量的工作原理和过程 ,阐述了系统实现的硬件组成、软件流程 ,最后着重介绍了PLC +IPC在计量中应用的技术特点及其应用效果。此项目已在鲁宁长输管线的数处计量站应用成功 ,在测量精度、系统稳定性、工作效率、可靠性及可操作性等方面 ,取得了良好的标定效果。
In this paper, the operation principle and process of automatic measuring for base oil by using PLC & IPC are introduced. The hardware constitution and software flow chart of the system are presented, and the technique characteristic and the application effect of the PLC & IPC in this system are introduced emphatically at last.
