摘要
喉管长度是影响射流泵效率的主要几何参数之一,已有理论给定的喉管长度范围太宽,选取具有一定的任意性。本文提出了确定最优喉管长度的两类条件,对具有不同喉管长度的射流泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,以效率最高为原则,确定了射流泵的最优喉管长度及其范围。结果表明最优喉管长度与射流泵的面积比有关,面积比越大,最优喉管长度越长,并给出了两者关系。
The length of throat pipe is one of the important geometry dimensions affecting the efficiency of jet pump. In this paper, two kinds of conditions for determining the relative optimum length of throat pipe are proposed. Numerical simulation is applied to calculate the flow field in the jet pump with various throat pipe lengths and area ratios. The k-ε double equations for turbulent flow are adopted and the relative optimal throat pipe length is determined according to the maximum efficiency. The results show that the optimal throat pipe length is closely related to the area ratio. The longer throat pipe length corresponds to higher area ratio. The formula for this relationship is established and verified by experiment data.
