摘要
在传统土地管理系统的基础上 ,运用先进的Internet和GIS技术建立的土地管理信息系统 ,使以前传统的手工作业方式转变为计算机自动化方式 .文中介绍了系统构成和系统功能以及系统的技术要点和实现方法 ,为土地管理实现科学化、规范化。
Based on traditional land management system,the land management information system has been established by the applied advanced technology of Internet and GIS.Thus,the traditional handwork mode has been transferred into computer automatization.The system constitute,function and the key technology and the realizing methods are introduced.
