摘要
采用高效液相色谱法和化学定胺法分析了硫双灭多威。高效液相色谱法能及时提供硫双灭多威的反应动力学数据 ,不受其它物质的干扰。根据分析结果可知 ,反应进行到 3h后可得到80 %硫双灭多威 (单程收率 )
Thiodicarb was measured by high-pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) method and chemical analysis method.HPLC method might provide immediately the reaction kinetic data of Thiodicarb.On the basis of experimenal data,Thiodicarb's yield could reach about 80% after its reaction was carried out for three hours.
