介绍国内外冰淇淋生产现状和发展趋势。总的趋势是冰淇淋生产持续增长 ;产品向天然保健功能化发展 ;生产工艺与设备趋向高度机械化、自动化 ;新技术的普遍推广 ,新的原辅料的使用 。
This article is about the current production state and tendency of ice cream in the world.The general tendency is as follows:the production capacity steadily increases;Ice cream turns to naturally healthy and functional food;the process and equipments get highly mechanized and automatic;the application of new technology is widespread,new stocks and adjuncts are widely used.
