摘要
介绍传统显微硬度计数字化改造的实施、功能测试软件的开发以及数据库的建立。与传统的显微硬度计相比 ,本研究测试使用方便、直观 ,资料存储及时完整 ,数据查询迅速 ,便于远程教学与资料共享。在试验手段和方法上紧跟时代步伐 ,是一次很有意义的尝试。并对数字化改造后的硬度计的分辨率、测量使用范围、放大率等关键性能作了详细讨论。基本方法和思路可以移植到其他类似显微设备的数字化改造 ,使现有教学、科研设备得到技术升级。具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。
The paper describes the digital reconstruction based on general optical micro hardness tester, and introduces the relative measurement program and database. Compared with optical micro hardness tester it has many advantages. It is convenient to use, quick to get results, and all of the data which include measuring conditions and sample data can be saved to database easily. So it is easier for remote teaching and information sharing. The features of the reconstructed micro hardness tester are discussed in detail and it is a good attempt to reconstruct similar instruments and let them be used easily.
