摘要
本文报道255例因放置宫内节育器(IUD)所致异常子宫出血,经口服茜草双酯治疗后,对月经过多者有效率达88.2%,对月经期延长者有效率达81.3%,结果表明茜草双酯是一种无明显副作用及禁忌症的治疗放置IUD后异常子宫出血的安全有效药物。
This paper reports 255 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding after insertion of IUD. These patients were treated by traditional Chinese medicine Rubidatum in nine hospitals in Shanghai.
The result indicated that effective rate was 88.2% and 81.3% for the treatment of menorrhagia and prolongation of the period respectively.
We suggest that Rubidatum is useful for decreasing menstrual blood loss and for shortening the menstrual period. Rubidatum has no significant side effect and contraindications. It was effective and safe for users of IUD with abnormal uterine bleedings.
