摘要
为了探讨上节育环后子宫异常出血的原因,本文用酶联雌二醇(E_2-HRP)亲和组化法,测定3组共36例育龄妇女分泌晚期子宫内膜的雌激素受体。发现在异常出血组内膜环周区腺体雌激素受体(ER)阳性率明显低于环远区,而正常组两区未见明显异常。提示由于环的局部压迫和刺激导致环周区和环远区内膜ER 的差异,影响了子宫内膜的同步发育、同步剥脱和修复,因而出现子宫的异常出血。
For the purpose of explaining the cause of abnormal menstrual bleeding in Ring IUDusers,the endometrial estrogen receptors(ER)of the late secretory phase of the menstrualcycle in three different groups which involved 36 childbearing age women were studied byE_2-HRP assay.In the users with abnormal bleeding,the ER in the endometrium was higher in remoteareas than in adjacent areas,while in the IUD users with normal menses and the non-users,there was no such differences.This suggests that the local press and irritation of IUD lead to the change of the ERin different areas,which result in the asynchronous development of the endometrium.It isdue to the presence of asynchronism that the shedding and repairment in the endometriumis not uniform.Thus abnormal bleeding ensues.
