摘要
本文提出了一种运用于染色体识别专家系统的设计思想,拟从人工智能的方向上完成染色体的自动识别。本文首先分析了专家在识别染色体过程中所使用的染色体标准模式图知识,以及推理判断知识,为了实现对识别过程的模拟,所设计的专家系统结构由静态数据库、动态数据库和推理控制库三个部分组成。
An idea of building expert system for Chromosome classification is presented in this paper. Automatic chromosome analysis is first accomplished by artificial intellegence technique. By analysing and simulating the knowledge of chromosome patterns and reasonning procedure used by human expert in chromsome classification, the expert system is assumed to be made up of three parts, including static database, dynamic database and reasoning control program. Finally, realization of these three parts is discussed.
