摘要
本文研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、3y-C_2钴基合金、Ti-6Al-4V钛合金与LFI碳在0.9%NaCl溶液、家兔血及人体血液中的电偶腐蚀。这三种合金分别与LTI碳耦合的试验表明,它们的电偶腐蚀效应都很小,并且不同的阴、阳极面积比,对电偶腐蚀几乎没有影响。 研究结果说明,在钝性金属表面采用等离子沉积碳膜用作人工心脏瓣膜的材料,从腐蚀的角度来说是完全可行的。
The galvanic corrosion of 1Cr18 Ni9Ti, Co-Cr-Mo, Ti-6Al-4V alloys in saline, fresh rabbit blood and human blood has been studied. The expriments of the three kinds of alloy coupled with LTI pyrolytic carbon indicate that there is little galvanic corrosion effect, and the galvanic corrosion is not affected by the different ratio of anode to cathode area.From the point view of corrosion, the experimental results of galvanic corrosion indicate that the carbon film deposited by the plasma on passive alloy can be used for materials of mechanical heart valves.
