摘要
是近十年来在食品工艺学实验教学中的一些经验总结 ,从实验成绩考核方式、实验内容和实验教学方法等方面阐述了在实验教学中的改革尝试 ,实践证明 。
Certain experience in the experimental teaching of food technology during the last ten years has been summed up. It mainly includes the following aespects:the reform of experimental test style,the modification of experimental content and the reform of experimental teaching methods as well. It has been testified that these reforms are effective in improving the quality of experimental teaching. [
