现代化的核心是人的现代化 ,因此 ,现代化教育强调素质教育 ,这是人才培养的基础。学校体育在素质教育的背景下 ,确立正确的体育教育目标 ,突出教育功能应是学校体育的新的定位。
The core of modernization is the modernization of man,therefore quality education is especially emphasized in the modernized education.On the background of quality education,the reorientation of physical education lies in the establishment of its correct targets and the emphasis of its educational functions.
