摘要
在世界运动竞技的特定历史阶段，出现了一种由国家供养和管理、为国家政治服务的特殊形态，在我国就是以“为国争光”为根本特征的竞技体育，我称之为“争光竞技”（Ｈｏｎｏｒ сｏｎｔｅｓｔｓ）体制。在改革开放的新的历史阶段。这种体制已陷入困境，必须改革，出路就是脱离政府，实行个人、企业和国家三者利益高度结合的产业化经济运作。
During the specific historcal stage of the development of world sports, there appears a special sports pattern which is financed and managed by the government and serves the national politics. In our country, it is called 'honour contest', a competitive sports in which athletes should win honour for our country. In the historical stage of China's open and reform, the system has fallen into dire straits and should be reformed. The only reform approach is to separate itself from the state and implement an industrialized operational system which closely combines the interests of individuals, enterprises and state.
