摘要
为了解 40 0 m跑各阶段速度分配的合理性 ,对广州体院 2 0 0 0届田径专选 36名毕业生进行了针对性训练 ,结果发现 :(1 ) 4 0 0 m跑 4阶段 (4× 1 0 0 m )跑时强度分别按最大强度的 85 %、90 %、93%和 1 0 0 %训练 ,其运动成绩较好 ;(2 )训练年限短及训练水平较低的运动员 ,更适合用以上方法。通过 40 d的训练 。
students specialized in track and field in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were trained for 40 days to study the rational velocity arrangement during men’s 400m running. The results showed that 1. The performance was better when 85%, 90%, 93%, and 100% of maximal intensity was allocated during the four stages of 400m running (4×100m); 2. The above training method was especially suitable to beginners. Performance after 40 days training was significantly improved.
