减少道路交通事故，是建立良好的道路交通秩序的重要保证。当前，酒后驾车这一违章现象表现很突出，它严重扰乱了正常的道路交通秩序，影响了国民经济的建设和发展，本文阐述了饮酒对驾驶员驾车的影响及危害，论述了治理酒后驾车的法律依据、方法和措施。
It' s an important guarantee to decrease road accident in order to create a good traffic order. At present, drunk driving is a serious factor to affect the normal traffic order and even the construction and development of the national economy. The essay discusses the effect and harm of drinking to driving, expounds the legal basis, ways and measures to bring drunk driving under control.
