草鱼早期胚胎表面分化的细胞学研究

摘要 本文应用扫描电镜对草鱼的受精卵、2-细胞—囊胚期胚胎细胞的表面分化进行了形态学观察,结果表明,在受精卵卵膜上具有纵多的卵膜孔;受精卵质膜、2-32细胞胚胎质膜上均具有隆起和突起;在2、4、16-细胞期胚胎和囊胚表面发现有小孔结构.本文对某些结构特征进行了讨论. The surface cytological structures of Ferlilized egg. 2-cell-blastocyst were studied with Scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results Showed that there Were a lots of egg membrane pores in fertilised egg, the swells distributed in cytoplasm membrane surfaces of fereieized egg and 2-cell-32-cell embryos, the small pores existed in 2,4,16-cells embryos and blastocyst. The Some structural features were discussed in this paper.
