摘要
目的 研究高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎康片中黄芩苷含量的价值。方法 以18C化学键合硅胶柱分离黄芩苷 ,以甲醇 -水 -醋酸 ( 4 2∶5 8∶1)为流动相 ,UV检测 ,波长 2 74nm处进行测定。结果 黄芩苷峰与其他组分峰的分离度为 2 .5 ,理论塔板数以黄芩苷峰计算为 195 16 ;平均加样回收率为 98.4 % (n =5 ) ;5次独立测定的相对偏差为 1.0 5 % ;黄芩苷在 0 .2 5～ 2 .5 μg范围内浓度与吸收面积呈良好的线性关系。结论 本法测定鼻炎康片中黄芩苷的含量结果准确 ,可重复性好。
Objective It is to study the significance of high efficiency liquid chromatography (HELC) for determination of baicaline content in Biyankang tablets. Methods Baicaline was separated on C18 column with methanol-water-acetic acid (42∶1∶58) as mobile phase and the wavelength UV detector was 274?nm. Results The resolution of baicaline peak and other component peak was 2.5. The number of theoretical plate calculated for baicaline peak was 19?516. The average recovery rate of the added index was 98.4% ( n =5). RSD got by five times of determination was 1.05%. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicaline and absorption area value in range from 0.25?μg to 2.5?μg. Conclusion HELC is highly accurate and reproducible for determination of baicaline content in Biyankang tablets.
