多维电极法处理活性染料废水影响因子正交实验分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Factors Affecting Treatment of Highly-colored Reactive Dye Waste water by Multi-electrode Method through Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 以活性嫩黄K-4G染料模拟废水为处理对象(CODCr=4000mg/L,色度=13000,pH=6.5)采用多维电极法,选择了 6个影响脱色率和CODCr降解率的因素,每个因素3个水平进行正交试验.实验结果表明:电解时间、电流密度和电导 率对脱色率和CODCr降解率影响最大.最优水平组合为A3B3C3D1E1F3,在此条件下脱色率为81%,CODCr降解率为85%. A simulated lot of Reactive Light Yellow K-4G dye wastewater (CODcr=400mg/L, colority=13000, pH=6.5) was treated by multi-electrode method. The orthogonal experiment was designed with six factors affecting decolorization rate and removal rates of CODCr and three levels for each factor. Results showed that the density of electric current, duration of electrolysis and electrical conductivity were the apparent influencing factors involved. Under the best combination of experimental factors, A3B3C3D1E1F3, the decolorization rate was 81% and the removal rate of CODCr was 85%.
