摘要 随着LPG单一燃料及两用燃料车辆的增加,对其排放控制的研究日益重要。降低LPG发动机排放最重要措施是控制发动机的空燃比,在控制策略上综合采用预控制与闭坏(反馈)控制,可以实现快速精确的控制目的。发动机起动后及暖机过程的排放在排放总量上占较大的比重,必须采取一些特殊措施进行控制:优化此阶段空燃比的加浓;加快对三元催化转化器及氧传感器的加热等。综合利用各种控制策略并进行大量的匹配试验后,有害气体的排放量达到欧洲Ⅱ号法规限制的50%。 With the increase of LPG single fuel and double fuel vehicles, the research on their emission is becoming increasingly important. The most important measure to reduce LPG engine emission is to control empty combustion ratio. The combination of pre -control and closed loop (feedback) control is adopt- ed to realize quick and precise control. The emission after the start - up and during the warm - up process-of the engine, takes bigger percentage of the total e-mission. So some specific measures must be exercised to take the control: optimize the empty combustion ratio, speed up the heating of three - element catalytic converter and oxygen sensor. After comprehensive utilization of various control tactics and lots of match testing, emission of harmful gas may reach 50% of the limit set by Euro Ⅱ rules.
