摘要 为了解决稠油井堵塞的问题,在研究现场使用的各种解堵剂的基础上,通过大量的室内实验研究,研制出适合稠油开发的复合型解堵剂——微乳热化学复合解堵剂。该解堵剂适用于下列井况:油层疏松、渗透性差、产能低的油井,胶质+沥青质堵塞的油井,稠油乳化堵塞井。在高升油田现场施工6井次,施工成功率达到100%,并取得了较好的经济效益。 To remove the blocking in heavy oil wells, various blocking removers are studied and a great amount of laboratory experiments have been performed. A compound blocking remover-microemulsified thermo - chemical compound remover has been developed for heavy oil reservoir. This blocking remover is suitable to the following conditions: unconsolidated formation, low permeability reservoir, low deliv-erability, wells blocked by gum + asphalt, and wells blocked by heavy oil emulsion. It has been applied for 6 well times in Gaosheng Oil Recovery Plant, with success ratio of 100% , and has achieved better economic benefit.
