摘要
目的 :探讨脉冲灌肠整复仪进行空气灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠的临床应用价值 ,旨在提高急性肠套叠的诊疗水平。材料与方法 :本组病例气压选择在 8— 14Kpa之间 ,经肛门插入Foley氏管至直肠内 3cm~ 5cm并连接遥控脉冲灌肠整复仪 ,当肠管充气并确诊有肠套叠后行脉冲气压整复。结果 :4 2例患者中 ,回—结型 2 1例 ( 5 0 % ) ;结—结型 15例 ( 34% ) ,其中 9例位于结肠肝曲 ,6例位于结肠脾曲 ;3例未见明显套叠征象 ( 8% ) ;3例病人因套叠时间和套叠段长度过长未能复位成功 ,成功率约 94 %。结论 :计算机控制脉冲气灌肠能减轻套叠部位的痉挛与水肿 ,明显提高了肠套叠的诊断和复位成功率。
Purpose:To explore the clinic value of pediatric acute intussuception in air enema with compute controlling pulse enema taxis instrument.Materials and Methods:the air pressure of taxis instrument were selected in between 8 Kpa and 14 Kpa.All cases were made pulse air pressure taxis when air dilatation of intestine and clear diagnosis through inserted Foley′s duct by way of anus into rectum 3cm~5cm and connected telecontrol pulse enema taxis instrument.Results:21 of 42 cases were ileal-colon type (50%).15 cases were colon type(34%) ,which 9 cases lain in Hepatic flexure of colon and 6 cases in splenic flexure of colon.3 of 42 cases were not observed evident sign of intussusception (8%).All cases were made successful reposition except for 3 cases being failed for much more time and length of intussusception.The rate of success was the percent of 94.Conclusion:Compute controlling pulse air enema could relicved spasm and edema of intussusception and increased evidently the rate of diagnosis and reposition.
