摘要
目的 :探讨Isovist在脊髓造影中的应用价值。材料与方法 :回顾性分析 118腰椎动态脊髓造影病例 ,分别从影像质量、病人耐受性、影像诊断三个方面进行评判。结果 :Isovist脊髓造影显影优良 ,毒副反应小 ,诊断符合率高。结论 :Iso vist是一种理想的脊髓造影剂。
Purpose:To discuss the application of Isovist in dynamic lumbar myelography.Materials and Methods:149 Patients with low back pain were studied with dynamic lumbar myelography with Isovist.The contrast medium of Isovist was estimated in three aspect:the quality of X-ray image,the tolerance of patient and the diagnoses of image.Results:The rate of excellent and fine of X-ray image was 94 63%,the total rate of side reaction was 4 88%;the total diagnostic accuracy 93 19%.Conclusion:Dynamic lumbar myelography with Isovist had excellent and fine X-ray images,slight side reaction and a higher diagnostic accuracy.Isovist was a reliable contrast medium of myelography.
