摘要
目的 :明确各种抽吸状态的确切负压值 ,并探讨其意义。材料与方法 :根据吸引器管道不同的连接方式 ,测试各种负压值。截取猪腰椎间盘试件 112个 ,通过盘内实验 ,观察髓核抽吸量与负压的关系、髓核抽吸量与五种方法的关系。结果 :切割器切吸 :盘内负压值 33± 1 5 8KPa ,能抽出 37 2 5± 5 72 %髓核组织 ,吸引器负压表指示 94± 1 5 8KPa不代表盘内工作区的实际负压。切割器水路关闭切吸 :盘内负压值立即上升到 87 6± 2 0 7KPa ,与水路开放交替进行髓核抽吸量达 90± 3 4 9%。直接法抽吸盘内负压值 93 2± 2 39KPa ,髓核抽吸量 70± 11 97% ,两者高度相关r=0 94 2 5 ,P <0 0 1,与切吸常规相结合 ,髓核抽吸量为 86 75± 9 13% ,经比较两种方法都优于单纯切吸常规、直接法与注射器抽吸。结论 :髓核抽吸量与负压值高度相关 ,切吸常规 +关水路与切吸常规 +直接法在各种抽吸方法中效果最佳。
Purpose:To make clear the exact negative pressure value in different negative pressure conditions and study its practical value.Materials and Methods:Using 112 pig lumber disks,through inside disk experiment,the relation between the aspiration amount of nucleus and negative pressure and the relation between the amount and other 5 methods are observed.Results:Aspiration by cutter:Nagative pressure inside the disk is 33±1 58KPa,37 25±5 72% of nucleus can be drawn out.The negative pressure meter indicates 94±1 58KPa.It does not stand for the exact negative pressure value inside the disk.Aspiration with the water system closed:The negative pressure value goes up to 87 6±2 07KPa immediately,With water system open the amount of aspiration can reach 90±3 49%.Direct aspiration:The negative pressure inside the disk is 93 2±2 39KPa,The aspiration amount can reach 70±11 97%,r=0 9425,P<0 01.If this method is combined with routine,the amount can reach 86 75±9 13%.Conclusion:There is a high correlation between the aspiratoin amount and the negative pressure value.Aspiration routine with water circulation closed and aspiration routine with direct aspiration is the best method of all.
