倍数法测定络合物真实摩尔吸光系数

MODIFICATION FOR THE JOB'S METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF THE MOLAR ABSORPTIVITY OF COLORED COMPLEXES

摘要 在考虑配位体对光的吸收的情况下,通过倍数法,得到了混合体系中络合物真实摩尔吸光系数的计算公式。 In the determination of molar absorptivity (ε) of colored complexes by the Job's method, a parallel experiment by supposing C^0′=nC^0 in the reaction equilibrium M+nR=MR_n is made simultaneously, that is, taking a multiple n for values of concentration of C_M, C_R and C^0. The derivation shows that the ε can be calculated more rationally by the following formula: ε=(A—A′k^(1/(n+1)))/(C_M—C′_M k^(1/(n+1))). Where A and A′are the absorbances taken from the photometer, C_M and C′_M are known values (C′_M = nC_M ), and the values of k can he calculated by another formula with known values also.
