摘要
目的 完善金嗓利咽丸的质量标准,以利控制药品质量。方法 对金嗓利咽丸作薄层色谱法(Thin-Layer Chromatography TLC)定性和高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chroma tography HPLC)定量研究。结果 通过对成品中麦冬、木蝴蝶和厚朴的TLC鉴别和对厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定,得到了可供该产品质量标准修订的有用数据。结论 本实验为金嗓利咽丸质量标准的修订提供了实验依据。
Objective To maise the quality standards of Jinsangliyan Pill (JP) more perfect for its quality control better. Methods Components in JP were tested qualitatively and quantitatively by TLC and APLC respectively. Results Useful data, which could be taken as the basic information for the quality standards revision of JP, were collected from these experiments. They were determined with TLC differentiation done to Semen arecae, Semen oroxyli and Cortex magnoliae officinalis and with HPLC assay on the contents of magnolol and honokiol, all being the main components of JP. Conclusion This study provides proper basis for the quality standards revision of JP.
