摘要
目的 探讨副百日咳博德特菌鉴定方法及细菌检验相关问题。方法 借助支气管炎痰培养在血平板上的菌落产生褐色素 ,将其用革兰阴性菌简易定属方法鉴定 ,进一步检查生物学特征 ,测定菌株的DNA碱基组成(G +Cmol% ) ,最后确认。结果 鉴定为副百日咳博德特菌。结论 在不具备博德特菌诊断血清条件下采用临床革兰阴性菌属简易法鉴定副百日咳博德特菌 ,操作简便。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the methods for identifying Bordetella parapertussis and the problems related to its detection. METHODS A simple method for defining Gram-negative bacteria was used to differentiate B. parapertussis from bronchitis sputum culture on blood plates. And then the biological characteristics as well as the DNA confirmation(G+C mol%)were assayed. RESULTS On the basis of all above studies, the bacterium was identified as B.parapertussis. CONCLUSIONS The simple method for defining Gram-negative bacteria can be used as a convenient and feasible way to identify the B. parapertussis clinically when blood serum diagnosis is not available.
