摘要
目的 探讨食管癌贲门癌术后肺炎的防治措施。方法 回顾性分析我院 5 4例食管癌和贲门癌切除术后肺炎的临床资料。结果 食管癌和贲门癌术后肺炎的发生率为 2 3%、病死率 14 8% ,其发生与高龄、术前合并疾病密切相关。结论 术前、术中、术后采取综合防治措施 。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the measures of prevention and treatment for postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients. METHODS The data of 54 cases of postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients were analysed retrospectively. RESULTS The morbidity and mortality of postoperative pneumonia were 2.3% and 14.8%, respectively. Pneumonia was closely related to age and other preoperative diseases. CONCLUSIONS To take more perioperative measures is important to decrease the morbidity and mortality of postoperative pneumonia in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma patients.
