摘要
本文以分析水资源污染现状为基础 ,针对目前水资源开发利用过程中存在的问题 ,综合论述了水资源污染防治的宏观对策与手段。
This paper has synthetically discussed the countermeasures and methods to prevent and cure water pollution , which bases the factual state of water pollution and existing problems in developing and using water.
