水稻品种抗白背飞虱鉴定的定量指标 被引量:10

The quantitative indices in evaluation for the resistance to the whitebacked planthopper, Sogatella furcifera in some Chinese rice

摘要 采用苗期群体筛选法、分蘖期蜜露量测定法和成株期(孕穗期-收获期)田间自然种群发生鉴定法,研究了55个新的不同类型水稻品种对白背飞虱的抗性反应。结果表明:①可将供试品种划分为抗虫类(抗级≤3.0,蜜露量≤1.1mg/·24h和虫量≤27.3只/丛)、中抗-中感类(抗级3.1~7.0,蜜露量1.1~5.0mg/·24h和虫量27.4~92.4只/丛)和感虫类(抗级≥7.1,蜜露量≥5.1mg/·24h和虫量≥92.5只/丛);②在两种或三种测定方法组合下表现一致的水稻品种都存在,中感-中抗类和抗虫类品种在各种情况下的分布较为均匀,而感虫类品种多数属于在苗期鉴定与成株期抗性一致;③在田间自然鉴定条件下,杂交稻比籼稻和粳稻品种更明显地感白背飞虱;④要准确地评价一个水稻品种对白背飞虱的抗性,须在苗期群体筛选鉴定的基础上进行成株期田间自然种群发生鉴定或蜜露量测定。 Fifty-five newly-developed rice varieties with high-yielding and good grain quality in three types (indica, japonica and hybrid rice) were evaluated to determine the level of resistance to the whitebacked planthopper ( Sogatella Jurcifera ) by bulk seedling (2-3 leaf stage) screening test, honeydew measurement (tillering stage) and field investigation of its population (post-booting stage) . Taichung Native 1 (TN1) and Rathu Heenati (RHT) served as the susceptible and resistant check, respectively. The test rice varieties could be classified as 3 categories of resistance to 5. Jurcifera: (1) the resistance category with the resistance grade of ≤3.0, the honeydew of ≤1.1 mg/♀·24h and ≤27.3 planthoppers per hill; (2) the moderate resistance-moderate susceptibility category with the resistance grade of 3.1 -7.0, the honeydew of 1.1 - 5.0 mg/♀· 24h and 27.4 -92.4 planthoppers per hill; (3) the susceptibility category with the resistance grade of ≤7.1, the honeydew of ≥5.1 mg/♀· 24h and ≥92.5 planthoppers per hill. There existed many test varieties with the similar reaction to S. Jurcifera infestation under two or three evaluation methods. The varieties in the categories of moderate resistance-moderate susceptibility and resistance distributed almost evenly in all combinations. The major varieties in the type of susceptibility were susceptible both in seedling test and in field investigation. The results of seedling test and honeydew measurement indicated that all three rice types of indica, japonica and hybrid rice distributed without remarkable difference in all combinations. Under natural infestation condition, hybrid rice was obviously more susceptible to S. Jurcifera than indica and japonica rice varieties. The resistant level of a rice variety to S. Jurcifera should be evaluated fully and correctly by field investigation of varietal resistance to S. Jurcifera and honeydew measurement based on the results from the seedling screening test.
