摘要
加入WTO表明中国利用外资进入了一个新的阶段 ,在一系列贸易政策方面需要同WTO原则接轨。笔者论述了加入WTO对于我国在投资地区、投资领域、投资方式等方面利用外资所产生的影响。加入WTO新的契机也对我国现行的外资利用管理方式及相关法律政策等方面提出新的考验。
Entry into WTO marks a step forward to China's foreign capital utilization. It will require accordance to WTO principle in series of trade policies. In this article the effects on investment areas, investment sectors, investment measures and so on were discussed.This new opportunity puts forward a challenge to our way of foreign capital utilization and management as well as related laws and regulations.
