摘要
以羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)的取代度(DS)为目标,采用异丙醇溶剂法合成高取代度的CMS,研究了物料配比、水量、反应温度和反应时间对DS的影响,通过实验确定了合成高取代度CMS的工艺条件.
In this article, aiming at the degree of substitution(DS) of carboxymethyl starch sodium(CMS), synthesising carboxymethyl starch sodium with high dgree of substitution by isopropanol as the solven is studied. The effect of ratio of material, water content, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst content on the DS is also discussed. The reaction condition of synthesising carboxymethyl starch sodium with high degree of substitution is determined by the experiment.
