摘要
Here we give the report of extra corporeal kidney stone lithotripsy using focusing shock wave in 400 patients from one of the hospitals. The result shows that one-time lithotripsy success rate of model SY-1 is 95.5%(one-time lithotripsy means all the kidney stones can be disintegrated through a single treatment and the fragments can remove automatically). The total success rate is 99%. The kidney stones with diameter less than 2mm can surely be disintegrated through single treatment. Operation voltage ranges between 12. 5 to 15by. The average bombarding number for patient is 1872. Patients’ age is between 12 to 68 years old. The process of lithotripsy is safe and convenient.
