摘要
目的 :观察深层巩膜切除联合粘弹剂治疗青光眼的效果。方法 :为 11例、19眼青光眼患者行深层巩膜切除联合应用粘弹剂 ,术后观察视力、眼压眼内反应、前房形成情况 ,随访半月～ 1年 ,平均 8.5个月。结果 :19眼术前平均眼压 4 3.8± 7.2mmHg ,术后 1周内平均眼压为 10 .5± 2 .7mmHg ,2周眼压为 14 .5± 4 .5mmHg ,1月眼压为 16 .3± 4 .7mmHg ,3个月眼压为 17.2± 4 .9mmHg ,0 .5～ 1年眼压为 19.2± 5 .2mmHg ,较术前明显下降。术后均无浅前房及虹膜炎症反应。结论 :深层巩膜切除联合应用粘弹剂手术治疗开角型青光眼安全 。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the deep sclerectomy with viscoelastic substances.Methods:11 patients (19 eyes)with glaucoma were performed deep sclerectomy with viscoelastic substances. All cases were observed the visual acuity ,the intraocular pressure (IOP) , the anterior chamber formation after operation, and they were followed up for half one month to one year.Results: The mean IOP of 19 eyes was 43.8±7.2mmHg preoperatively . The mean postoperative IOP was 10.5 ±2.7mmHg in a week, 14.5 ±4.5mmHg in two weeks, 16.3±4.7mmHg in one month, 17.2 ±4.9mmHg in three months, 19.2 ±5.2mmHg from half one year to one year. The postoperative IOP decreased obviously. No flat anterior chamber and iris reaction occurred postoperatively. Conclusions: The operative method of deep sclerectomy with viscoelastic substance is safe and effective, but is only applied to open-angle glaucoma.
