摘要
目的 :探讨微波组织凝固治疗喉气管良性病变的临床疗效。方法 :局部麻醉及纤维鼻咽喉镜下用微波组织凝固治疗 12 1例喉气管良性病变。结果 :随访 6～ 10月 ,治愈率为 97.5 % ,复发率为 2 .5 % ,无并发症。结论 :微波组织凝固治疗喉气管良性病变操作简便、定位准确、安全实用 ,疗效确切 ,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of microwave coagulation on laryngotracheal benign lesion.Methods:121 patients ( 54 males and 67 females, aged from 10 to 72 years ) were treated with microwave coagulation. All patients underwent a follow-up study of 6-72 months.Result:The cure rate was 97.5% ( 118/121 ) ,the recurrent rate was 2.5% ( 3/121 ) , no complications was found. Conclusion:Treating the laryngotracheal benign lesion with microwave coagulation is a simple, quick, safe and effective way.
