摘要
目的 :探讨烟酸治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法 :随机选择 32例患者采用烟酸治疗 (烟酸组 ) ,从静脉滴注 4 0mg开始 ,隔日递增 2 0mg至 2 0 0mg持续 4d ,每日 1次 ,2 0d为一疗程 ,同时低流量吸氧至输液结束后30min ;以使用复方丹参治疗 32例为对照组。结果 :烟酸组有效率为 80 % ,远高于对照组的 4 5 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 2 5 )。结论 :烟酸治疗突发性聋有效 ,安全 ,可靠 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nicotinic acid in treating sudden deafness.Method:32 cases of sudden deafness were treated with nicotinic acid which was from 40mg to 200mg, added 20mg every 2 days and simultaneously were given oxygen with low dose until half an hour after venoclysis once each day for 4 days. 20 days was as one procedure. While 32 cases treated by Salvia Miltiorrhizae Bge were as the control group. Result:The effect rate was 80% in nicotinic acid group and 45% in control group, the difference was significance ( P <0.025). Conclusion:Nicotinic acid is effect , safe and reliable and has not be found any evident side-effect in treating sudden deafness.
