摘要
现代医学证明,二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸具有多种生物活性。本文报道:通过综合运用金属盐沉淀法、尿素包合法、真空蒸馏法以及反相液相层析法从绿鳍马面纯鱼油中分离得到95%纯度的DHA甲酯。
Modern medical science has proved that 5,8,11,14,17-all-cis eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 4,7,10,13,16,19-all-cis docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have many different biological activities. This paper reports how methyl ester of DHA of 95% purity was obtained from the oil of Navodon Septentrionalis Cunther by combining the techniques of salt crytallization, urea inclusioncomplex, vaccum distillation and reversedphase liquid chromatography.
