摘要
通过显微鉴定发现,红花龙胆根的内皮层以外组织已全部脱落,每一内皮层母细胞内有数个至十数个子细胞;茎为双韧型维管束;叶上表皮细胞表面观有明显的角质层细密纹理,中央有一短小的乳头状突起。
Microscopic examination revealed that all the outer tissues of the endodermis of the root of Gentiana had scaled off; each mother-cell in the endodermis consisted of some ten daughter-cells; the vascular bundles of the stem were bicollateral; there were clearly close cuticle grain on the surface of the cells of upper epidermis of leaves and a short small papilla at the center of each cell.
