Mechanisms of bone metastasis in prostate cancer
摘要
骨转移是前列腺癌晚期的主要特征 ,临床表现为病理性骨折、脊神经压迫症状和剧烈的疼痛。现综述前列腺癌骨转移的解剖学特点、动物模型的建立、器官特异性、癌细胞与骨的相互作用及其标记物的最新研究进展 。
