摘要 了解影响食管癌预后的因素 ,对于预防食管癌的发生、降低发病率和死亡率、提高生存期具有重要意义。现从社会、临床病理及分子生物学方面多层次、多角度来分析影响食管癌预后的有关因素 ,为改善食管癌预后、进行正确治疗提供理论依据。
