摘要
本实验模拟小鼠高血脂症模型,以通脉健脑冲剂30g/kg/日,连续灌服7日,对小鼠血清胆固醇、肝脏甘油三酯的增高有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01);对大鼠肝组织DNA,RNA合成均有增加作用(P<0.01);连续灌服还可以增加小鼠胸腺重量和体液免疫功能。
In the present study it was shown that Tong-Mai-Jian-Nao-Granule(TMJNG), a preparation of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Polygonum multiflorum and Glehnia littoralis, when given at 30 g/kg/day p. o. for 7 consecutive days, could significantly inhibit the increase in serum cholesterol and hepatic triglyceride contents in mice induced by cholesterol-rich feed. It could also increase the weight of thymus but showed no effect on the weight of spleen in mice. In vitro study showed that TMJNG promoted the synthesis of DNA and RNA in the rat liver.
