摘要 本实验利用快速显微多道分光光度技术,在无损、在位、实时的情况下,测定了不同介质pH值下单个活态人红细胞内血红蛋白吸收光谱的变化情况,初步揭示了人红细胞内血红蛋白分子结构、浓度与功能之间的密切关系,并且探讨了介质pH值影响人红细胞功能的分子机制。 A highly sensitive multi-channel microspectrophotometer system was developed to measure pH-dependent spectral changes of hemoglobin in single alive red blood cells. Non-invasive- in situ real time and simultaneous measurements on the molecular structure and concentration of intracellular hemoglobin were performed on human intact red blood cells in various medium pH values.The correlations of the structure and concentration and function of hemoglobin were disclosed- and the molecular mechanism of erythrocyte function affected by medium pH was discussed.
