摘要
本文报道pH指示剂吸收度比值法测定盐酸苯海拉明的含量。该法采用指示剂为0.05%麝香草酚蓝,测定波长440和603nm;标准液为0.1mol/L NaOH;仪器为WF-800D_2型分光光度计,UV-240型分光光度计.测得三批盐酸苯海拉明的含量分别为99.8,99.4和99.7%.同时与药典法比较,结果一致。
In this study, diphenhydramine hydrochloride was determined quantitatively by pH indicator absorbance ratio method. The determination was carr- ied out easily, rapidly and accurately as follows:
Thymol blue and the standard solution of 0.1 mol/L NaOH were used; the absorbances at 440nm and 603nm were measured. The contents of three batches of diphenhydramine hydrochloride were 99.8%、99.4% and 99.7%, respectively. The method is comparable with the official quantitative analysis of diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
