摘要
应用强饲法分别测定4种饲料有效氨基酸含量和不同性别肉仔鸡0~4及5~8周龄有效赖氨酸需要量。0~4周龄公鸡最适有效赖氨酸需要量为0.91%;母鸡为0.81%;5~8周龄公鸡最适有效赖氨酸需要量为0.87%;母鸡增重最适需要量为0.77%,饲料转化率最适需要量为0.87%。蛋用公鸡强饲法测得的单一饲料有效氨基酸用于肉仔鸡饲粮配合是可靠的。不同生产类型公鸡对同一种饲料氨基酸有效率基本一致。
With 4 feedstuffs respectively, the adult roosters and male broiler chicks were force-fed to determine the available amino acid values. Then, the available lysine requirement of broiler chicks during the periods of 0-4 and 5-8 weeks was estimated for each sex. The results showed that the available lysine requirement of broiler chicks was 0.91% for the male, 0.81% for the female during the periods of 0-4 weeks; during the periods of 5-8 weeks, it was 0.87% for the male, 0.77% for the female to gain weight and 0.87% for high conversion efficiency. The availability of amino acid of one ingredient, provided by adult roosters with the force-fed method, was quite analogous to that ohe obtaieti by male broiler chicks and the results were reliable in formulating the broiler diet.
