摘要
利用实验室现有条件研制小型薄膜蒸发器的试验结果表明:对回收溶剂、浓缩物料,并对固体发酵物料赤霉素的乙醇浸提液进行溶剂回收,经检测仍为原浓度,对生物活性无任何影响。
A small-sized film evaporator was made in the laboratory. If possesses a fine effect on concentrating material and retrieving sovlent. The experiment showed that in concentrating the maceration ex tract of ethanol from souring solid matecial there is no effect at all on bfiological aotivity.
