摘要
信息资源的网络化 ,给信息交流与文化传播领域带来了深刻的影响与冲击。文章通过分析网络环境下信息交流的不平衡性 ,对网络文化传播中出现的问题进行了研究与探讨 ,并提出了加强中文界面网络信息输出 ,积极进行网络文化建设的对策。

Network information resources bring deep influence and lash to the territory of information exchange and civilization disseminate.The paper analyses information exchange out of balance in the network environment,and studys the questions in the civilization dissemination.In the end,the article put forwords the countermeasure to strengthen the output of Chinese interface network information and to construct network civilization.
